Day of Coordinator

This package is perfect for couples who enjoy planning their own wedding but want the reassurance of a trusted coordinator to guide everything smoothly to the finish line.
- A detailed planning meeting scheduled about 2 month before the wedding
- Venue walk through and finalized timeline
- Rehearsal coordination
- Vendor confirmations and communication
- Setup and teardown of your personal décor on tables
- Full wedding day coordination, with up to 8 hours of service
- Greeting and directing vendors and guest
- Distributing final payments and/or tips vendors
- Unlimited correspondences
- Monitoring of gifts/cards
- Fluffing dress for grand walk
- Ceremony direction – overseeing the processional
- Timeline Adherence – ensuring event executes as scheduled
- Primary point of contact – liaison for vendors, venue and wedding party
